Not usually big on writing reviews so here goes. I recieved my Acer back in March and it worked great for a week then the touch pad froze. Thought it felt a little stiff and sticky. Tried to repair it via customer support and it failed. They were very nice and helpful though. So, I sent it back for a replacement, and it worked great for a couple of weeks, then one day while watching a news podcast the screen goes white. Tried rebooting and it said i needed a boot disc. Of course this unit doesn't have a disc drive, so i called customer support once again and they are mailing me a boot disc to transfer onto a flash drive. Big hassle!! Don't have time in my busy traveling schedule to mess with it. I'm returning it for a full refund and purchasing another brand with hopes of better luck. Cool unit though when it worked properly.
